2019 godinu pocinjemo sa velikim ciljevima jer smo u prijasnjoj godini pokazali koliko mozemo postici kada se talentovani mladi ljudi ujedinje oko dobre ideje. Za pocetak 2019 godine vam predstavljamo naseg novo-imenovanog koordinatora za marketing Kenana Kurdica. Saznajte vise o njemu, zasto je odlucio da se ukljuci u rad fondacije i sta sve planira za 2019.

Recite nam vise o sebi Kenane.

Moje ime je Kenan, rođen sam i odrastao u Tešnju, ali posljednjih devet godina svog života sa porodicom komuniciram više Skayp-om nego uživo s obzirom da sam srednju školu završio u Sarajevu, a posljednjih pet godina sam proveo na dodiplomskom studiju komunikacijskih nauka na Anadolu univerzitetu u Eskişehiru, bajkovitom studentskom gradiću u Turskoj. Smatram se izuzetno sretnim jer sam uspio da pronađem poziv u koji sam zaljubljen preko ušiju, koji me ispunjava i gotovo nikad ne umara. Volim marketing i komunikacije više od tufahija. (A tufahije su mi najdraže slatko!)

Sta znate o fondaciji i zasto bas zelite njoj posvetiti dio svog vremena?

Za Fondaciju sam čuo tek prije neka dva mjeseca dana igrom slučaja dok sam guglao nešto na netu i momentalno me oduševila ideja i koncept koji se krije iza. Fascinantno je vidjeti tim koji daje sve od sebe da motiviše mlade ljude naše lijepe zemlje da ostanu i grade svoje karijere ovdje, a ne da bježe tamo negdje preko gdje je eto „ljepše, bolje i laka lova“.

Odlučio sam da se priključim ovom sjajnom timu nakon kongresa u Sarajevu održanog početkom mjeseca decembra, a najveću zaslugu za to ima upravo tim koji stoji iza Fondacije i koji radi sa tolikim entuzijazmom i borbenošću da im ni borbeni N'Golo Kante nije ravan. Još jedna od stvari koja me iznenadila jeste kako je jako malo ljudi u BiH (pogotovo studenata) upoznato sa radom Fondacije i želim da dam sve od sebe kako bih predstavio sve naše aktivnosti na najbolji mogući način, jer mladim ljudima kod nas ponekad samo treba mali vjetar u leđa, a Fondacija upravo to nudi.

Sta planirate za 2019 godinu?

Naš primarni cilj je da još više studenata uključimo u naše programe i tako proširimo našu mrežu, također želimo da napravimo nova partnerstva sa domaćim kompanijama i radujemo se pronalasku novih mentora za naše blistave studente. Ipak, ono što je od izuzetne važnosti jeste upoznati javnost Bosne i Hercegovine sa našim radom, ali to je istovremeno i naš najveći izazov, jer je nažalost ponekad teško pogurati pozitivne priče pored silnog crnila koje nam svakodnevno serviraju na dnevnicima.

O konkretnim koracima ne bih govorio, jer se trenutno dosta toga kuha u našoj kuhinji i volio bih da to ostane malo iznenađenje, ali bih samo želio istaći da ćemo u 2019. godini koristiti jedan novi vid promocije, koji je u svijetu jako popularan, ali ga u BiH ne koriste čak ni naše najveće kompanije.

We are starting the year of 2019 with setting a great goals because in the past year we have shown how much we can achieve when talented young people unite around a good idea. For the beginning of 2019 we present you our newly-appointed marketing coordinator, Kenan Kurdic. Learn more about him, why he decided to join the Foundation and what he plans for 2019.

Kenan tell us more about yourself?

My name is Kenan, I was born and raised in Tešanj, but in the last nine years of my life I communicate with my family more through Skayp than live face to face. I finished high school in Sarajevo, and the last five years I have spent at the undergraduate study of communication science at Anadolu University of Eskişehir, a fairytale student town in Turkey. I find myself extremely happy because I managed to find a call that I'm in love with head over heels and which lifts my soul. I love marketing and communications more than tufahi. (And tufahies are my best sweets ever!)

What do you know about the Foundation and why do you want to devote some of your time to it?

I heard about the Foundation only a couple of months ago while playing around Internet and instantly I was delighted with the idea and concept behind it. It's fascinating to see a team that does its best to motivate the young people of our beautiful country to stay and build their careers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and not to run somewhere else where there is „better and money is easy."

I decided to join this great team after the IEEESYP congress in Sarajevo in early December, with the team behind the Foundation taking the greatest credit for it ,working with so much enthusiasm and loyalty that even the N'Golo Kante is not even equal to them. One more thing that surprised me is that very few people in BiH (especially students) are familiar with the work of the Foundation and I want to do my best to present all our activities in the best possible way because sometimes only thing that young people need is a small wind in the back to push them in a right direction, and the Foundation offers exactly that.

What are you planning for 2019?

Our primary goal is to involve even more students into our programs and expand our network. Also we want to make new partnerships with domestic companies and look forward to finding new mentors for our brilliant students. Nevertheless, what is of great importance is to intorduce the public of Bosnia and Herzegovina with our work, which is it at the same time our biggest challenge, because unfortunately sometimes it is difficult to push positive stories next to bad ones that we get served daily in the press.

I will not speak about concrete steps, because at the moment there is a lot of cooking in our kitchen and I would like to be a bit of a surprise, but I would just like to point out that in 2019 we will use one new form of promotion, which is very popular in the world, but it is not even used in BiH by our largest companies.
